“Art Basel is one part art and two parts parties. It’s that special time of year when boldness trumps all, and there’s always going to be one person one step bolder than you. There are more parties and galas than one can possibly attend in a weekend, but we tried our very best.
One that particularly stood out was The Noir Collaboration with Rocky Barnes and Caroline Vreeland at The Penthouse at the Soho Beach House. It was a denim and patch lovers dreamland, with Typoe art and designs by some of the most exciting makers out there. Plus, Chelsea Leyland was behind the turntables, which turned the party out. ...Best. Art. Basel. Ever.”
